Big Sur Winter Adventure

Mostly from my California trip in July. Thanks to my host and hostess, the ever-wise Manny and ever-gracious Amy

 I've been trying to find some coherence in these images. I've tried to remember what Manny tried to teach me about putting emotion into a photo. Somehow my photos seem to have a bit of whimsy without the gravitas of "art." Oh well, I hope you like it. I'm hoping the gravitas will come in time.

Into the nether world. I've recently become a fan of Harold Davis  and have been exploring the sensual world of flowers, close up.  All done with my Olympus Pen and a set of $12 Vivitar close-up filters.
